    The shopping cart places your order on my casting list and gathers your shipping and billing information securely. It is not automatic. I will e-mail you back regarding availability and schedule, and then when your order is ready to go I will charge your credit card, deposit your check, or whatever arrangement we have made.

    Credit cards are processed through PayPal. You do not have to be a member- just type in the card number, etc. All done securely.

    USE THE   E-ORDER   button to generate an e-mail for a particular kit.

    PRESS THE   RESERVE   button to generate an e-mail for a kit that is not currently in production (future or at rest). This will let me know that you are really interested (serious input please) and help me gage when it time to revive a kit of get busy on a new one.

    Also, please feel free to simply e-mail your order in. Include your name, address and phone number. I will advise on the details. I prefer you pay by check, personal is fine, or money order, else by credit card as used in the cart. Note you do not have to be a member of PayPal, we just go through them to charge your card, which is done when your order is ready to ship.

    Please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery as most items are cast to order.

    In stock items are sent immediately. Others, especially larger, special, or when my schedule is really busy- may take much much longer. If you are in a hurry, sorry, I just can't help you. You've had 25 years to order the stuff!

    RETURN POLICY: I've had just a handful of items returned in 25 years of doing business. If it's not what you expected, materially flawed, or for whatever reason you don't want it, let me know and we will work something out to your satisfaction. Please e-mail or phone before returning.

    When ordering direct I prefer you send a check- personal is fine.

    I charge the going rates for shipments.

    Hydrocal castings are fragile and I pack NOT TO BREAK. This means a sturdy carton and some weight. So far we have had pretty good luck. A broken piece here and there and only one catastrophe. If something bad does happen please contact me immediately so we can set it straight.

    Most orders are sent UPS Ground (smaller orders go quicker by Priority Mail). Be specific if alternate means are desired. Please remit estimated shipping amount based on quantity and distance. See chart below.

    Please include your street address and a phone number.

    Foreign orders sent surface or air Parcel Post and billed actual charge (including insurance) plus small handling fee. Best to charge the order to your credit card. You can do so on line using our shopping cart or give me a call. Money orders or bank checks in US funds are also acceptable.

    Please do not ask me to falsify Customs Declarations.

    It's not my idea but Washington residence must add 8.9% sales tax.

    NOTE SHOPPING CART CUSTOMERS

    When using the shopping cart, shipping is roughly estimated and added to your order. This may be higher or lower than the actual shipping charges, depending upon which option you indicate (domestic, local/small, Canada/Mexico, foriegn AIR). We will adjust your final billing accordingly.

    If you have any problems or questions with any of my kits I do want to help you solve them. Hopefully I've done a good job and you won't have any difficulties. Certainly that is my aim. If there is a broken or missing part we'll replace it.

    I usually check my e-mail several times a day.

    I usually go to the Post Office once or twice a week.

    I'll usually answer the telephone unless its a solicitor. I let my Dad get those.

    Please note that we are on Pacific Coast Time- three hours behind the east coast, eight hours behind GMT. I usually walk in the morning and get back to work by 9 a.m. and work till midnight (I love my job!).
